Consumer guarantee is separate and distinct from the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s guarantee is a voluntary, non-public contract between the producer, EE and you. The consumer guarantee is a promise made to you that EE’s companions will fix or substitute a component for free for 12 months based on the condition of you obeying the specific circumstances of the contract.
